Vanshika Yadav is an Associate at LexStart Partners and works as part of the Contracts Teams. Where she focuses on structuring, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial and corporate agreements. She assists clients across various stages of transactions and provides day-to-day corporate advisory support on a range of corporate and commercial matters.

She holds a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from Christ (Deemed to be University), Bengaluru.

In her spare time, she enjoys watching movies and travelling.
