Lawyers - VC Transactions
(Associate/ Sr. Associate)

What we need: 

 

A Corporate Lawyer well-versed in drafting commercial agreements and handling VC transactions independently.  

 

What you need to have: 

 

  • Minimum 3+ years of post-qualification experience.

  • Must have experience in handling VC Transactions independently.

  • Work experience in a law firm is mandatory.

Lawyer - Commercial Contracts

What we need: 

 

A Corporate Lawyer well-versed in drafting commercial agreements. 

 

What you need to have: 

 

  • Minimum 5+ years of post-qualification experience.

  • Must have experience in drafting and vetting Commercial Contracts.

  • Work experience in a law firm is mandatory.

Company Secretary - Compliance
(Qualified/Semi-qualified)

What we need: 

 

  • ​​Candidates with experience in a PCS (Professional Chartered Secretary) firm.

​

What you need to have: 

 

  • Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience.

  • Well-versed with Companies Act, 2013 and should be able to handle private placement/preferential issue and rights issue independently.
