Samridh is a Founder's Office at LexStart Partners and brings experience across venture building, strategy, operations, fundraising and investments.

Prior to LexStart Partners, Samridh worked with 26ideas, where he served as Chief Operating Officer and earlier as Chief of Staff. He played a key role in building startupOS, an AI-first SaaS platform for early-stage founders, and was involved in its 0-to-1 market journey, including go-to-market execution, institutional partnerships, product development and fundraising.

He has also worked with Aperio Partners, an early-stage venture firm, where he supported end-to-end investment activities, from deal sourcing and financial evaluation to portfolio management.

Samridh’s experience lies at the intersection of strategy, operations and capital, with a strong focus on working closely with founders, building businesses from the ground up and helping high-growth ventures scale.
