Pravin Sankalp is a senior associate at LexStart Partners with over six years of experience in venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate law.

 

He specializes in the fintech, healthcare, start-up, and information technology sectors. He holds an LLM in Corporate and Commercial Law from NUJS and a BBA.LLB (Hons.) from IFHE Hyderabad.

At LexStart Partners, Pravinis an integral part of the Transactions Team, advises founders and investors on venture capital funding. 

 

Outside of work, he is an avid reader who enjoys playing basketball, discovering new music, and watching movies.
