Gaurav is based out of Surat, Gujarat. He brings a strong foundation in Private Equity, Venture Capital, Capital Markets, and General Corporate advisory, developed over two years at Chir Amrit Legal LLP. He has advised investors across diverse sectors, led legal due diligence for early- and growth-stage investments, and contributed to multiple SME and Main Board IPOs by drafting DRHP chapters and coordinating regulatory processes with SEBI and stock exchanges.

His prior experience also includes drafting and negotiating key commercial and infrastructure agreements, including EPCC, O&M, Subcontractor, and Technology Transfer Agreements, along with other transaction documentation such as SHA, SSA and SPA's.

Gaurav holds an LL.M. in Corporate and Financial Law from Jindal Global Law School, and a B.Sc. and LL.B. from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University.

Outside of work, Gaurav is passionate about sports, having represented Surat at the state level in hockey. He also enjoys cooking and exploring new places
