Anubhuti Gandhi holds the position of Principal Associate at LexStart Partners, bringing forth more than five years of experience in angel and venture capital investments, coupled with corporate commercial transactions.

At LexStart Partners, Anubhuti is integral to the transaction teams, where she provides comprehensive guidance to a diverse array of clients across multiple sectors. Her advisory services encompass contract negotiations, strategic structuring, and seamless facilitation of transactions. Anubhuti's expertise extends to advising both investment funds and startups, assisting them in navigating the complexities of internal and external contracts, as well as investment documentation.

Before her tenure at LexStart Partners, Anubhuti honed her skills as an Associate at IC Universal Legal, specializing in real estate and litigation. She graduated from Symbiosis Law School, Pune in 2018.
