In her new role, Sindhushree will be at the helm of one of our key transaction teams. She will be instrumental in advising our diverse clientele of institutional investors and startups, guiding them through the entire lifecycle of their investment and M&A journeys.

Sindhushree has built a stellar reputation for her hands-on approach, effectively managing and advising startup founders, angel investors, and fund houses. Her nuanced understanding of deal dynamics, combined with her expertise in deal structuring and negotiation strategy, ensures she consistently delivers results that are not only legally compliant but also perfectly aligned with our clients' business objectives.

Her exceptional performance in the legal field has been consistently recognized. Sindhushree was featured as a Key Lawyer in The Legal 500 for three consecutive years (2021, 2022, and 2023), a testament to her dedication and skill.

Prior to joining us, Sindhushree was a Partner at Antares Legal, where she led the firm’s Bangalore office. Her formative professional years were spent in senior positions at Mani Chengappa & Mathur and Samvad Partners. She holds a law degree from Christ College of Law, Bengaluru.
