10 years ago, we set out to support India’s founders.

We began as a legal tech company, convinced that technology could simplify the complex challenges founders faced. For the first 5 years, we built tools, learned from the ecosystem, and understood what truly kept founders up at night. The insight was clear: they needed more than just a platform — they needed a partner.

So in 2020, we pivoted. We evolved into the law firm we are today, blending the efficiency of technology with deep, hands-on legal expertise. That shift unlocked our true growth.

Since then, we’ve partnered with 750+ founders, facilitated ₹25 Billion+ in transactions, and grown into a 35-member team shaping India’s startup story. And we’re only just getting started.
